The Klarity BiteLok™ is specifically designed to help achieve higher precision treatment accuracy. The BiteLok™ and optional tongue attachments can be easily removed for cleaning. The general size of the Bitelok™ allows it to fit various mouth sizes and offers an open airway for optimal patient comfort.
The Bitelok™ is custom molded to the patient's dental anatomy as well as the thermoplastic mask, allowing for accurate reproducibility.

Q: How is the BiteLok™ putty activated?
A: The BiteLok™ uses a two-part putty that does not require water or any auxiliary equipment. Simply squeeze the white and blue putty out of the individual packets and mix together by hand for 30 seconds to activate. The putty will harden in 2 minutes.
Q: How do you sterilize the Klarity BiteLok™?
A: The Klarity BiteLok™ should be sterilized using your standard practices specified by your workplace for any item that goes inside a patient's mouth. Cleaning and refreshing the BiteLok™ mouthpiece can be done using an antiseptic mouthwash.
Q: How to maintain and dispose Klarity BiteLok™?
The Klarity BiteLok™ must be stored in a dry, clean place at temperatures between 50°F (10°C) and 95°F (35°C) and can be disposed of with normal facility waste.
